42nd Street on Broadway
Patrick had the privilege of remounting the Jerry Orbach role in the National Tour of 42nd Street the Musical. Mark Bramble, the author of the show, was quoted as saying, "I have never seen a better Julian Marsh." Upon his recommendation and rave reviews across the country, he was transferred to the Broadway show to take over for Tom Wopat (who had moved onto the lead in Chicago).
Beauty and the Beast on Broadway
Patrick was brilliant in the Broadway company of TITANIC, where he stood by for, and played three leads. Upon the closing Patrick was lucky enough to land the role of Gaston in Broadway's Beauty and the Beast. He was the last Gaston to play the role at the incredible Palace Theatre in NYC. He spent two years performing opposite Andre’ McCardle (the original ANNIE), as Belle. He was fond of saying “ the bigger the hair the closer to... me!”
Billy Flynn in Chicago
Patrick had the privilege of playing Billy Flynn in the Macau, China company of CHICAGO. What an incredible show to be involved with! It was translated in three different languages. The people of China loved the show and he loved them. Patrick stayed for an extra two weeks in Macau as a guest of the locals and enjoyed every second of it. He was even inspired to write two songs for a future concert based on his experience.

"Making Julian the unexpected romantic lead is Michael Stewart and Bramble's brightest inspiration. Under Patrick Sullivan's high-powered hand, Julian becomes the one character in the story who convincingly changes and grows under pressure. At first there's a battering sameness to his denigrating outbursts, but in the Broad Street Station sequence, he mingles roaring passion with a grease paint authenticity on "Lullaby of Broadway." - VARIETY
